No Bake Chocolate Chia Cookies
No Bake Chocolate Chia Cookies 🤎 These are some of the easiest cookies to make—and they’re both delicious and nutritious. The oats provide a wide range of health benefits thanks to their high fiber, protein, and essential nutrients. Nut butter and chia seeds give these cookies an extra protein boost, while the nut butter also adds healthy fats. Chia seeds contribute even more nutrition, providing fiber, omega-3 fats, and minerals like calcium and iron, making these cookies especially nutrient-dense. To finish, they’re naturally sweetened with a touch of raw honey, which retains more of its natural compounds—such as enzymes, pollen, and micronutrients—because it isn’t heavily processed or heated.
