A HAPPY HEART🧡is one that is surrounded by plants and healthy foods! I love my morning ritual of mindfully and artfully creating my breakfast bowl and then joyfully eating with a beloved plant by my side. Today’s highlight: beets & carrots 🥕 they are powerful cancer fighting and healing foods providing vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients that support digestion, assist in detoxification, and lowers inflammation.
