African Happiness Soup
African Happiness Soup 💛This spicy, creamy African Happiness Soup nourishes both body and soul — rich in flavor, filled with warming spices, and brimming with wholesome energy. It reminds me to live like the people of Africa do, finding joy in simple pleasures, embracing gratitude even in hardship, and staying present in each moment. Sunflower seed butter offers more vitamins and minerals than many traditional nut butters. It provides a powerful combination of protein, fiber, and healthy fats—all derived from nutrient-dense sunflower seeds. So grateful for this protein-packed bowl of goodness and the leafy embrace of my lovely Philodendron, Josephine. Happiness in every slurp.
