Fig Brownies
So GRATEFUL 🙏 for my joyful creation of Fig Brownies which satisfies my deep-seated need and craving for chocolate. Figs are packed with all the good things: Fiber to support healthy digestion, relieve constipation, and improve heart health by lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. Figs are also a good source of both calcium and potassium. These minerals work together to improve bone density, which can, in turn, prevent conditions like osteoporosis. Fresh figs are low in calories and make for a great snack, and they're an excellent addition to salads or desserts.
