Moroccan Shepherd's Pie with a Creamy Sweet Potato Mash

Moroccan Shepherd’s Pie with a creamy sweet potato mash 🧡This hearty dish can be made in two ways: a vegan version with chickpeas, or a non-vegan version using 100% grass-fed beef. Personally, I like to combine both—chickpeas and ground beef complement each other beautifully in flavor and texture.  It’s loaded with lots of good-for-you spices and full of robust Moroccan flavor. Reach for your spice rack and you’ll not only up the flavor of your food, but you’ll also get a boost of antioxidants that will protect your cells from damage.
