Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
Butterfly Pea Flower Tea 🦋 This soothing, healing tea is made with butterfly pea flowers, lavender blossoms, and cinnamon. Butterfly pea flowers are full of cancer-fighting antioxidants that inhibit cancer growth, stimulate the immune function, and guard against cell damage. It also benefits the mind, skin, hair, and digestive system. This beautiful flower from Thailand has been used medicinally for centuries. It steeps to a brilliant blue color and with a squeeze of lemon the color will change before your eyes to a vivid purple or fuchsia. Lavender adds a calming, floral note that supports relaxation and healthy digestion, while cinnamon brings warmth, antioxidants, and additional anti-inflammatory benefits. Together, they create a cup that’s as restorative as it is beautiful.
