Hibiscus Iced Tea ❤️ Tea is the world’s second most enjoyed beverage, and hibiscus tea stands out not only for its stunning color and floral aroma but also for its refreshing flavor and powerful health benefits. Research has shown that hibiscus is rich in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer properties. It may also support heart health by helping lower blood pressure and cholesterol, strengthen the immune system, and help regulate blood sugar. In addition, hibiscus contains natural antibacterial compounds, adding even more to its healing potential. This is the one tea I never drink warm—hibiscus is best served chilled over ice. I love it for its vibrant ruby color and refreshing taste, especially when paired with antioxidant-rich raspberries and detoxifying fresh mint leaves.
