Harvest Turkey Soup

Harvest Turkey Soup🧡 It's such a hearty, nutrient-dense soup made with wholesome ingredients like lean ground turkey, vegetables, whole grains, and herbs. Turkey is a great source of lean protein.  It supports muscle repair, immune function, and helps keep you full longer. This soup is also rich in vitamins and minerals from all the vegetables.  Warm soups always have a calming, soothing effect, especially in colder months or during illness like cancer.  If you use bone broth in this soup you will have even more benefits — it's rich in collagen, gelatin, and amino acids that support joint, gut, and skin health.
