Cinnamon Spiced Apples
Cinnamon Spiced Apples ๐ This delightful fruit dish makes a quick and easy snack and a delicious topping for oatmeal, yogurt, or pancakes. Apples are a wonderful source of fiber, while the warming spices offer immune support and cancer-fighting phytonutrients. The best part of making this recipe was picking the apples straight from the trees at the Sedona Heritage Museum. There’s something magical about selecting the perfect apple and plucking it with your own hands — like a mini treasure hunt with delicious rewards. That tangible connection to where our food comes from is something we rarely experience in everyday life. I highly recommend visiting the Sedona Heritage Museum — not only for the chance to pick fresh apples but also to explore Sedona’s fascinating and unique history.
