Edamame Guacamole

Edamame Guacamole 💚 The challenge with guacamole? It’s hard to resist dipping salty chips! Try swapping chips for raw or lightly steamed veggies instead. Avocados are packed with nutrients and healthy fats, which help your body absorb antioxidants from vegetables like asparagus and carrots—two of my favorite dippers. Adding edamame is an easy way to boost protein, which is especially important during cancer treatments. So go ahead… dip away guilt-free!
