Black Bean Burgers
Black Bean Burgers ❤️ Homemade black bean burgers are one of my favorite staples. I like to prepare a batch each week and keep them in the freezer. They thaw beautifully and reheat in under a minute. When you're healing, having nourishing, ready-to-eat food on hand can make all the difference. Made from whole plant foods, these burgers provide fiber, plant-based protein, essential minerals, and protective phytonutrients. I truly believe that a happy heart is one surrounded by plants and nourished with wholesome, vibrant foods.
